You do not need to be home. When you place your order, you tell us where to leave your chemicals. We leave them in that spot, with minor adjustments to keep them out of direct sunlight, and we take a photo to confirm delivery.
No. Your chemicals are delivered by our locally employed team, not a freight carrier, so there is no tracking number. We send you an on-the-way text when we are heading your way, so you will know.

Yes. Our kits are built for the most common pool we serve, in-ground. If you have an above-ground vinyl pool, the same chemicals work, you just take a couple of extra steps. Pre-dissolve granular shock in a bucket of pool water and pour it around the pool with the pump running rather than broadcasting it dry, since undissolved granules can bleach a vinyl liner.
